BambooHR in Utah is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our core data platform. You will shape how data is defined, represented, and consumed across internal teams and AI experiences.

You will drive data contracts, APIs, and an upgrade path, partnering with architects to make principled tradeoffs and enable scalable, reliable platforms for integrations and customer-facing AI features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager shipping impactful products.
• Technical depth in data modeling, API design, or data infrastructure.
• Ability to drive alignment across teams and stakeholders you do not directly control.
• Comfort with ambiguity at the architectural level and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Clarify data definitions across product and engineering teams and lock decisions.
• Coordinate multi-team, multi-quarter initiatives without direct authority.
• Collaborate with architects to balance data modeling tradeoffs and communicate implications.
• Ensure the data platform has clean APIs, documented contracts, and upgrade paths.
• Own data catalog and validation to maintain coherence as new domains come online.
• Measure adoption and coverage of the data model and identify blockers.
