Job summary

Responsibilities include building data pipelines, improving data quality, and leading multiple features from requirements to delivery. Remote-friendly role with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted tooling to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering focusing on data architecture, ETL, and DB management.
• Strong programming skills in Python or PySpark, plus Java or Scala.
• Experience building end-to-end data pipelines and data integration solutions.
• Proficient with SQL and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and orchestration tools like Airflow or Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data architectures for business and analytical needs.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration for large data volumes.
• Optimize data platforms for performance, reliability, and security.
• Lead architecture decisions and provide technical leadership while mentoring juniors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure production issues are resolved.
