Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on backend data engineering with production systems.
• Strong PostgreSQL and BigQuery expertise.
• Experience designing multi-tenant data models and data security.
• Proficient in Python and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational PostgreSQL database end-to-end with HA and PITR.
• Design and maintain data models powering features and reporting.
• Build the intelligence registry and cross-location analytics capabilities.
• Design the layered BigQuery data warehouse and data freshness pipelines.
• Develop API layer (GraphQL/REST) for customer apps and analytics.
• Mentor developers and review code; collaborate with offshore teams.
