Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Columbus, OH, seeks a Senior Product Delivery Associate to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise-class data platforms.

You will partner with business analysts, engineering, and architecture teams to translate requirements into delivered outcomes across the full development lifecycle and ensure scalable, high-quality data services. You own the backlog, coordinate dependencies, and help define features for batch, asynchronous, and near real-time processing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or a related domain area.
• Experience in delivering operational management and change readiness activities.
• Experience in product deployment processes.
• 3+ years in product delivery/ownership with strong technical background and excellent communication.
• Technical background in SQL, Python, data modeling, and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Delivery Manager to execute delivery tasks and boost efficiencies.
• Support change management activities and ensure adherence to risk and regulatory requirements.
• Raise blockers to manage dependencies and secure resources.
• Own and drive the product delivery lifecycle from intake to release with high-quality delivery.
• Partner with users and analysts to understand data usage and translate needs into backlog items.
• Influence product strategy using data-driven insights and align with business value.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria; adapt to evolving guidance.
• Serve as liaison between product, engineering, and architecture to manage cross-team dependencies.
• Validate features against requirements and maintain documentation for data quality and readiness.
