Job summary

You will coordinate intake, dependencies, release management, and stakeholder communication to deliver solutions that improve customer experiences while ensuring risk and regulatory requirements are met. You will drive change management, monitor delivery performance, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
• Operational management and change readiness activities.
• Track record of implementing continuous improvement in delivery.
• Product or platform-wide release management and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility, and performance reporting.
• Leads change management activities across functional partners ensuring risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Manages timelines and dependencies, mitigates blockers, and liaises with stakeholders.
