Job summary

Senior Staff Data Engineer at iROW9 INC in Milpitas, CA leads architecture for enterprise data platforms across cloud and on-prem environments. You will design lakehouse architectures, governance, and data analytics with AI/ML integration to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in data architecture, engineering, and analytics delivery.
• Strong experience building modern data platforms across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Databricks/Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Iceberg, or equivalent expertise.
• Strong Python, SQL, Spark, and orchestration framework skills.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Talend, Fivetran) and Snowflake/BigQuery.
• Data modeling across ERD, dimensional, 3NF, star/snowflake and canonical models.
• Data governance, metadata, lineage, catalogs, access controls, and quality.
• Azure/GCP data pipelines and heterogeneous sources (ERP, CRM, IoT, APIs).
• REST APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture experience.
• AI/ML and GenAI integration into data platforms.
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, version control, and automation.
• Ability to mentor engineers and collaborate with tech and business teams.
