Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Chicago, IL is seeking a Data & Analytics Solutions Architect (Azure + Snowflake + Cortex) to lead end-to-end architecture across data platforms and AI initiatives. You will design secure, scalable data ecosystems and drive modern data warehouse patterns.

With 14+ years of experience, you will mentor teams, shape reference architectures, and collaborate with clients on cloud transformation, RFPs, and implementation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Over 14 years in Enterprise Data Architecture and cloud platforms.
• Proven enterprise solution architecture using Azure, Snowflake, Cortex.
• Hands-on with Azure Data Services, Snowflake, Cortex AI, Python, SQL, Spark.
• Experience designing data platforms, lakehouse, data warehouses.
• Knowledge of Snowflake architecture and cost optimization.
• Experience building AI-enabled analytics with Cortex.
• Data Engineering and DataOps practices.
• Security, governance, and compliance controls.
• Leadership in architecture definition and migration planning.
• Client-facing RFP support and technical governance experience.
• BFSI regulatory/security/privacy knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to define data, analytics, AI, and cloud requirements.
• Define end-to-end architecture for modern data and AI platforms using Azure, Snowflake, and Cortex AI.
• Design secure, scalable data platforms integrating Azure Data Services and Snowflake.
• Architect batch, near-real-time, and streaming data pipelines for enterprise reporting and AI use cases.
• Design Snowflake account, database, schema, warehouses, data-sharing, and workload patterns.
• Develop AI-enabled analytics solutions using Cortex AI Functions and Cortex tools.
• Establish governance, metadata, lineage, observability, privacy, and responsible AI controls.
• Lead data platform modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
• Define reference architectures, engineering standards, and DataOps practices.
• Provide technical leadership across design, implementation, testing, migration, and deployment.
• Conduct architecture reviews and mitigate risks with delivery teams.
• Drive performance, reliability, and cost optimization in Azure and Snowflake.
• Collaborate with data engineers, AI specialists, and client stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Support solutioning, RFP responses, effort estimation, and client workshops.
• Mentor architects and engineers; contribute to capability development and knowledge sharing.
• Develop accelerators, playbooks, and best practices for Azure, Snowflake, and Cortex AI.
