Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a Senior Data Architect to design and implement modern data platforms spanning ingestion, lakehouse, analytics, AI/ML integration, and GenAI enablement for enterprise-scale workloads.

You will work with Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, and Redshift, lead architecture workshops, model data across layers, and mentor engineers to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing modern data platforms across ingestion, lakehouse and analytics layers.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, and cataloging tools.
• Ability to translate business objectives into target-state data architectures and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI enablement and ML data pipelines.
• Experience leading architecture workshops with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops with stakeholders to define target outcomes.
• Translate objectives into reference architectures and roadmaps.
• Design end-to-end data platforms with ingestion, lakehouse, analytics, and GenAI layers.
• Define data models, governance mechanisms, and security architecture.
• Mentor engineers on architecture patterns and standards.
