Job summary

Catch Coverage is seeking a Data Engineering & Analytics Senior Manager to lead the data platform, pipelines, and models that power operations, sales, and compliance. You will guide a small team, set data strategy, and ensure secure, scalable data delivery across the business.

You will work on on-site in Clearwater or Fort Lauderdale with potential remote arrangements. The role emphasizes governance, forecasting, and actionable analytics for leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering or analytics with leadership exposure.
• Advanced Snowflake experience and data modeling capabilities.
• Advanced SQL and strong Python for production ETL/ELT pipelines and API integrations.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, quality testing, observability, and cloud storage.
• Experience forecasting, segmentation, experimentation, or predictive modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, build-versus-buy decisions, and standards for data platform.
• Build and run production ETL/ELT pipelines from APIs, cloud storage, CRM, and source systems.
• Manage Snowflake operations including RBAC, cost control, and performance.
• Own incident response, on-call, and recovery runbooks.
• Develop dimensional models and curated data marts for stakeholders.
• Deliver analytics-ready datasets and semantic layer for dashboards and self-service.
