Fivetran seeks a Senior Software Engineer for Connectors to design and improve data pipelines powering the modern data stack. You’ll work on pipelines that move terabytes of data from various sources to customer warehouses, patch and create new connectors, and help maintain high availability across a global Kubernetes cluster.

You’ll mentor teammates, participate in architectural discussions, and push for technical excellence in a fast-growing environment that values collaboration and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building reliable distributed systems.
• Strong background in data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Expertise in Java and cloud-based services (AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Own core data pipelines moving data from sources to data warehouses.
• Contribute to code and architecture, review peers, and mentor juniors.
• Patch and build connectors operating on a global Kubernetes cluster.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and SLAs for large-scale data.
