Job summary

You will partner with product, tech, analytics, operations, risk, and data management teams to translate business needs into data specs and documentation, mitigating risks and enabling trusted reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 4+ years in data-related field (data management, governance, analytics, engineering, etc.).
• Experience with business or product data requirements and data documentation.
• Knowledge of data management concepts: metadata, quality, privacy/security, retention, governance.
• Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and work with tech teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and document the scope, meaning, ownership, and classification of critical Business Banking data.
• Plan development and delivery of product data for objectives, analytics, AI/ML use cases, and reporting.
• Document requirements for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, lineage, metadata, and consumption across stakeholders.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks including protection, retention, storage, access, and quality.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, Analytics, Operations, Risk, and Control teams to investigate data issues and remediation.
• Support integration of Business Banking data into approved analytics and reporting platforms with governance.
