Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in financial services data, reference data, market data, or investment operations.
• Proven leadership of teams and projects; capable of coaching 8+ associates.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools; Bloomberg and CusipWeb preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring data quality and risk management.
• Manage workload distribution and development opportunities for the team.
• Partner with business, technology, and operations to resolve complex data issues and deliver solutions.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and operational controls.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional projects.
