Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a Senior Data Operations Analyst in Los Angeles to maintain a centralized platform for global content and campaign planning. You will attend stakeholder meetings and capture decisions, turning them into clean, structured data.

You will work embedded with leaders across marketing, publicity, and programming, ensuring data accuracy, handling confidential information, and contributing to end-to-end data workflows as this process matures.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a data analyst, internal research, business operations, or reporting role.
• Entertainment or media industry data workflows including content slates, production and release timelines.
• Demonstrated strength turning unstructured input (meetings, conversations, documents) into structured, reliable data.
• Proven track record handling confidential or pre-release information in a professional setting.
• Strong stakeholder management: working with senior leaders and managing competing inputs.
• Comfort with low-code/no-code tooling and relational data concepts (tables, linked records, formulas, views).
• Excellent written communication: clear notes, clear status, clear escalations.

Responsibilities

• Attend recurring stakeholder meetings and capture decisions, data points, action items, and open questions.
• Confirm data directly with accountable business leaders before entry.
• Enter and maintain records accurately and within established turnaround expectations.
• Handle confidential and pre-release information with discretion, including embargoed titles and unannounced projects.
• Triage stakeholder requests to determine what can be entered directly vs. what needs confirmation.
• Come prepared with the state of your work for weekly alignment.
• Identify and elevate data conflicts, stale records, and process friction.
• Maintain a running observations log and propose improvements to data health.
• Provide direct feedback on workflow to inform ongoing design.
