Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years in data-related operations or similar roles.
• At least 2 years of development experience with modern development languages.
• 2 years of experience writing Tableau reports and SQL queries with optimization.

Responsibilities

• Understand data use requirements with business partners and ensure policy compliance.
• Perform complex data analysis and validation and monitor data metrics.
• Develop and distribute advanced data reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on data-related projects and alerts.
• Communicate variances and insights to stakeholders daily and as needed.
