Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Data Management Operations Senior Analyst to drive data integrity and accessibility across the organization. You will perform advanced data analysis, validation, and reporting, partnering with IT and business teams to ensure compliance and data quality.

This role also mentors junior analysts and supports SOP development. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in data operations, strong analytical skills, and experience with data governance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; 4+ years in data-related operations.
Advanced proficiency in data management tools.
Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to design, document, and optimize SOPs.
Experience with data intake, validation, reconciliation, and exception handling at scale.
Financial Services background.

Responsibilities

Works with business partners to understand requirements for data use, analysis, and quality.
Ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including data privacy, security, and governance standards.
Conduct complex data analysis and validation.
Monitors and improves data metrics.
Develop and distribute advanced data reports.
Collaborate with IT and business teams on data-related projects.
Generate and distribute regular data reports to stakeholders.
Provide mentorship to junior analysts.
