Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a senior data architect to shape the data foundation behind strategic initiatives. You will model enterprise data, govern standards, and collaborate with business domains to ensure scalable, governed data solutions.

You will lead design sessions, align with IT strategy, and drive metadata management across ERP/CRM/data lake ecosystems while mentoring junior data professionals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in data modeling.
• Experience designing and governing conceptual, logical, and physical data models across multiple domains.
• Experience with ERP, analytics, and cloud ecosystems (Oracle, SAP, GCP, Snowflake, Azure, AWS).
• Proficiency with metadata management and enterprise data catalogs (Collibra, Alation) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise data models for core business domains.
• Lead data model design sessions aligning with IT strategy.
• Define modeling standards and reusable patterns across teams and projects.
• Design data integration patterns across ERP, CRM, data lake, and data warehouse.
