Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst to shape growth, define the data model, and build analytics tools for claims. You will work with Python and SQL to create trusted data assets powering analytics and customer reporting.

You will collaborate with product ops and engineering to translate the lifecycle of a claim into structured data, influence engineering culture, and communicate clearly as the team scales and innovates.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years IC, analytics and programming with statistical focus.
• Strong SQL skills with large structured datasets.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven toolkit to build robust, performant models.
• Track record of shipping high-quality data analyses rapidly.
• Prioritize stakeholder requirements and adapt to scope.

Responsibilities

• Work with data stack: Python, Postgres, Looker, dbt, AWS, Dagster.
• Develop and maintain data model and semantic layer; add new sources.
• Translate claims lifecycle into structured data and guide data collection.
• Communicate ideas and specifications through precise writing.
• Influence culture, values, and processes of a growing engineering team.
• Apply creative problem solving beyond conventional paths.
