Job summary

The Dignify Solutions, LLC is seeking a Data Migration Validation Specialist to ensure a smooth PeopleSoft-to-Workday transition. You will perform meticulous record-by-record reconciliation, verify data totals, and identify and document exceptions to prevent data loss.

Responsibilities include refining crosswalks, translating fields and types, and validating budget data integration within the Financial Data Model (FDM) for Workday.

Qualifications

• Reconcile records across legacy and target systems without data loss or corruption.
• Refine data crosswalks showing PeopleSoft field equivalents, data types, conversions, and Workday mapping.
• Identify data quality issues, unmapped fields, and transformation failures during migration.

• Perform record-by-record reconciliation, aggregate totals validation, and exception identification to ensure no data loss or corruption during the PeopleSoft-to-Workday migration
• Refine data crosswalks showing PeopleSoft field equivalents, data type conversions, formula translations, and Workday FDM integration points
• Identify data quality issues, unmapped fields, transformation failures, and process deviations between legacy and target systems
• Review and validate how PeopleSoft budget data integrates into Workday via Financial Data Model, ensuring compliance with FDM schema requirements
• Document validation findings and remediation steps. Prepare detailed validation reports with exception logs, root cause analysis, and recommended corrective actions for data issues
• Work closely with other teams to identify and solve issues.
