Job summary

Mega Cloud Lab is seeking an experienced Data Migration & Reconciliation Analyst to support a critical PeopleSoft-to-Workday migration. The role focuses on record-by-record reconciliation, aggregate totals validation, and identifying exceptions to prevent data loss. Deep expertise in Budget and Finance data transformation and FDM integration is required.

The candidate will refine crosswalks, validate data quality, collaborate with the Budget team, and assist with UAT and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience developing and executing data extraction and transformation for Budget and Finance.
• 7 years of experience mapping PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolving inconsistencies.
• Experience with ETL tools and validating data post-migration.

Responsibilities

• Perform record-by-record reconciliation and exception identification during migration.
• Refine crosswalks for PeopleSoft to Workday field mappings and data type conversions.
• Validate budget data integration into Workday via FDM and report remediation steps.
• Support UAT and collaboration with Budget and project stakeholders.
