CADRE GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS seeks a Data Analyst to drive a US government data migration effort. You will own end-to-end data mapping, transformations, and script development, while supporting API integration and stakeholder-facing documentation.

The role emphasizes deep data analysis, hands-on migration work, and collaboration with developers and business stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate migrated data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data analysis with hands-on data migration experience.
• Experience building detailed data mapping between disparate systems and defining transformations.
• Proficiency in coding/scripting (SQL, Python) to develop data conversion scripts.
• Familiarity with API concepts and experience supporting API development/integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to uncover undocumented data relationships.
• Excellent written communication to document mapping decisions for stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust or MBI suitability and work remotely within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support execution of a large-scale data migration.
• Perform in-depth data analysis of source and target systems.
• Develop and maintain scripts for data conversion during migration.
• Support development of APIs to enable data exchange and migration.
• Identify and document all data elements requiring mapping between systems.
• Define and document required data transformations and mapping deliverables.
• Provide senior recommendations on transformation logic and data quality handling.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to validate decisions.
• Support testing and validation of migrated data for completeness and accuracy.
• Document migration processes and lessons learned.
