Oracle Corporation seeks a Senior Data Migration Architect to lead complex healthcare data migration initiatives within Oracle Health Millennium EHR/EMR implementations. You will design, plan, execute, and govern data migrations, working with clients to ensure data integrity and successful delivery.

You will provide technical leadership, establish standards, and mentor teams while coordinating stakeholders across distributed projects and travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare data migration methodologies
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management required
• Experience with Oracle Health Millennium/Cerner solutions preferred
• Experience with SQL and cloud technologies
• Certifications in Project Management or Healthcare IT preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead design, planning, execution, and governance of healthcare data migration initiatives
• Partner with clients and project teams to migrate data from legacy systems to Oracle Health solutions
• Ensure data integrity and quality; deliver projects on time and within budget
• Provide technical leadership and establish migration best practices
• Mentor migration team members and manage risks and stakeholders
