Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Manager to acquire, cleanse and develop datasets from internal and external sources to support business analysis and reporting. The role focuses on data accessibility, reliability and timeliness for users across the enterprise.

You will help develop data architectures, policies and procedures that govern the full data lifecycle, ensuring governance and scalability. Strong ETL, DataBricks, SQL, and cloud skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of technical data analysis experience with ETL.
• 3 years experience using DataBricks.
• SQL environment with SSMS/SSIS knowledge.
• Stored procedures and dynamic SQL experience.
• Cloud tech and Power Platform familiarity.
• Experience leading projects end-to-end.
• Strong root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, clean and develop datasets from internal and external sources.
• Develop and execute data architectures, policies and procedures for enterprise data lifecycle.
• Ensure data accessibility, reliability and timeliness for users.
