Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field plus 7 years of data analytics experience or Master’s with 5 years of data analytics experience
• At least 5 years of professional data analytics experience
• At least 5 years leading and developing with open source data technologies
• At least 2 years of people management experience

Responsibilities

• Drive data source and tool innovations based on stakeholder needs, including Big Data technologies adoption
• Create leading-edge data products revealing opportunities for improvement
• Lead governance of data assets with a governance plan and structure
• Develop and execute a data management strategy
• Define and monitor KRIs and escalate non-compliance as needed
• Oversee design and execution of data controls and data quality monitoring
• Monitor health of data catalog metadata and data issues
• Manage a team of high-performing data professionals
• Report data analysis activities to partner groups with novel visualization techniques
