Beghou Consulting, headquartered in Evanston, IL, seeks an experienced data analytics leader to drive conceptualization, execution, and integration of data-driven projects for pharmaceutical commercial efforts. You will guide internal stakeholders and client teams toward project success.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, shape project scope and timelines, contribute to the ARMADA data warehouse, and mentor junior colleagues while expanding Beghou’s data-driven capabilities and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in pharma or life sciences.
• Experience with relational databases and data platforms (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Tableau/Power BI for visualization.
• Knowledge of coding languages (SAS, Python, R, VBA) and data warehousing/ETL concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams in the design and development of high‑quality deliverables for clients.
• Provide strategic guidance on project direction, resources, and timelines while handling key data analytics tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership to define project scope and development strategies.
• Contribute to Beghou’s internal data warehouse build (ARMADA).
• Demonstrate knowledge of data platform components and CI/CD practices.
• Analyze data, synthesize findings, and communicate actionable insights to teams.
• Independently manage projects and client communications with minimal oversight.
• Develop and optimize data processes using coding to enhance reporting.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Engage in business development and firm initiatives to drive growth.
• Mentor junior team members and foster continuous improvement.
