Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of professional experience, or 11 years combined education/work experience with 7+ years.
• 5 years Financial Services Experience.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management leadership and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, graphing and financial models; advanced SQL knowledge; Alteryx experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of the Data Management Strategy and development of the Data Management Framework, Policies and Standards.
• Implement the Data Management Program within the business unit and train personnel.
• Act as the Data Steward for the IS business.
• Facilitate data management-related working groups.
• Monitor data quality via enterprise KPIs/KRIs and ensure data risk management.
