Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent
• 5-8+ years in data modeling (conceptual to physical) incl. dimensional modeling
• Hands-on Databricks experience building star/snowflake schemas for analytics
• Proficiency with Erwin or ER/Studio, SQL/NoSQL, cloud platforms (Azure Synapse, Databricks, Cosmos DB, Snowflake)
• Strong communication, analytical, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement; mentoring experience

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable data models for enterprise analytics
• Develop dimensional models and metadata assets for performance and deployment
• Perform data profiling, validation, and lineage analysis
• Contribute to design, solutioning, and estimation for enterprise data initiatives
• Collaborate with Business, Technology, Operations, and Data & Analytics teams
