Job summary

Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) seeks an experienced Senior Business Operations Specialist to support data management, analytics, and knowledge management at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque. You will drive data consistency, develop KM solutions, and enable real-time reporting for strategic alignment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, expertise with Power BI and SharePoint, and the ability to train stakeholders while navigating DoD standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data management, analytics, and knowledge management in a DoD or government environment preferred.
• Power BI Data Analyst certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Management and Analysis: Lead data collection, integration, and analysis across classified and unclassified systems for consistency and compliance.
• Utilize Power BI and SharePoint to provide actionable insights supporting mission-critical decisions and readiness.
• Knowledge Management Solutions Development: design and maintain solutions emphasizing real-time reporting and strategic alignment.
• Develop and refine data visualization and knowledge management processes to improve information flow and accessibility.
• Technical Training Support: collaborate to deliver training on data analytics tools and provide mentorship to stakeholders.
