Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Principal Data Intelligence Analyst (Clinical Operations) to lead cross‑functional analytics projects that improve quality, safety and throughput. You will collaborate with clinicians and operations leaders to define questions, create analytics requirements, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and data products.

Qualifications

Ten+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, healthcare analytics, or clinical operations.
Advanced SQL skills with complex joins, WT functions, data validation and reconciliation.
Strong Python experience for data analysis, automation, data mining, and modeling.
Experience with Epic Clarity and Caboodle and mapping clinical workflows to analytic requirements.
End‑to‑end analytics delivery lifecycle: requirements, discovery, modeling, development, testing, deployment, training, support.
Experience developing predictive or prescriptive analytics and enterprise dashboards.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic clinical operations analytics projects covering quality, safety, access, throughput, staffing, and performance.
Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to define questions, requirements and reporting priorities.
Facilitate consensus sessions with physicians and leaders to align analytics goals.
Develop data models, reusable datasets, and scalable data products.
Create and support Tableau dashboards and Power BI reports communicating complex concepts clearly.
Provide training, documentation and post‑deployment support to end users and teams.
