Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Data Integration Engineer to connect, standardize, and operationalize data across robotic systems, software platforms, and warehouse technologies. You will design and implement integrations, APIs, and data workflows that enable real-time information sharing for customers.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, cross-functional collaboration with software and robotics teams, and a focus on scalable, reliable data exchanges in modern logistics environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data/Integration Engineering or Data Solutions.
• Experience in logistics, robotics, manufacturing, or industrial environments a plus.
• Familiarity with WMS or OT systems beneficial.
• Experience integrating SaaS, enterprise apps, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of messaging technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Customer-facing experience with external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Experience in fast-growth tech organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations between robotic platforms and customer systems.
• Develop scalable data exchange processes for operational workflows.
• Create APIs and integration services for real-time information sharing.
• Collaborate with software, robotics, and customer teams on deployments.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and data synchronization issues.
• Standardize data structures and integration patterns across platforms.
• Develop monitoring for integration health and performance.
• Support customer onboarding and technical integration initiatives.
• Improve reliability and scalability of enterprise data exchanges.
