Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Engineering, Data Operations, BI, or Analytics.
• Experience in robotics, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Familiarity with KPIs and performance management.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms.
• Knowledge of supply chain or fulfillment operations.
• Experience building self-service reporting solutions.
• Bachelor's degree as specified.
• Experience in a high-growth technology company.

Responsibilities

• Build data solutions that support robotic deployment and operational teams.
• Develop automated reporting workflows to improve fleet visibility.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
