Job summary

RiseMe seeks a Senior Data Integration Engineer to design, develop, and operate data integration and ingestion pipelines delivering partner and internal data into our analytics environment. You will own end-to-end data flow from source acquisition through curated warehouse tables used by reporting platforms and analysts.

This senior, hands-on role spans the full integration lifecycle, building reusable patterns and contributing to the modernization of our data platform while ensuring reliability

Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional data engineering or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data integration processes from partner and internal sources.
• Develop reusable ingestion patterns to onboard new data feeds.
• Maintain T-SQL transformations from landing to curated warehouse tables.
• Ensure idempotent ingestion with automated retry and restart.
• Implement automated validation and quarantine for quality rules.
• Establish data quality, including schema validation and anomaly detection.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines and data freshness.
• Diagnose and resolve production data incidents and document runbooks.
• Contribute to dimensional data model design with data architects.
• Maintain version control and repeatable deployment for pipeline code.
• Define development standards and technical guidance for data integration.
• Evaluate tooling and architecture for platform modernization.
• Migrate workflows to modern patterns without production disruption.
• Document feeds, dependencies, lineage, and escalation paths.
• Handle HIPAA data with least-privilege access and secure data handling.
• Collaborate with partner technical contacts on formats and connectivity.
• Provide off-hours support for critical data issues.
• Support AI/ML initiatives with reliable data pipelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
