Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Senior Application Engineer to develop and implement data solutions within the IT team. You will build Connect pipelines, collaborate with analysts, finance ops, and IT to define data needs, and ensure data quality before commission runs.

You will document configurations and mappings to aid future developers and help drive continuous improvement in data workflows across the org.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Xactly Connect experience with data pipelines, transformations and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Xactly Extend and Xactly CEA.
• Strong SQL skills for writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries; ETL concepts and file exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize Connect integration pipelines between source systems and Xactly.
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to define data requirements.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues, failed Connect jobs, and pipeline errors before commission runs.
• Document pipeline configurations and mappings for future developers.
