Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to join its IT Team in Mountain View. You will build and optimize Connect pipelines between source systems and Xactly, collaborating with analysts, finance, sales, and IT to shape data needs and ensure timely commission runs.

You will troubleshoot data issues, document mappings, and apply your strong SQL and ETL expertise to maintain high data quality. A focus on accuracy, automation, and cross-team partnership is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Xactly Connect experience with data pipelines and scheduling.
Proficiency in Xactly Extend and Xactly CEA.
Strong SQL skills with ETL concepts and flat-file/SFTP data exchange.
Experience with SFDC, Workday, NetSuite or similar CRM/HCM/ERP integrations.
High attention to detail due to pay data impact.
Nice to Have: Xactly certs, ICM/SPM knowledge, scripting (Python/PowerShell/shell), BI tools.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and optimize Connect integration pipelines between source systems and Xactly.
Partner with non-technical stakeholders to define data requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and pipeline errors before commission runs.
Document pipeline configurations, mappings, and transformation logic.
