Job summary

Bealls is seeking a data integration engineer to design, build, and support data flows moving transactional data between retail systems, cloud platforms, legacy apps, and custom solutions across 500+ stores. You will work with Product Owners and Agile teams to deliver Azure-based integration capabilities using ADF, Logic Apps, and SSIS, while troubleshooting production issues and improving reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of database/integration development experience.
• Experience with SSIS.
• Experience building solutions in Azure environments.
• Strong SQL experience.
• Experience building and supporting integrations between enterprise applications.
• Experience with ETL/ELT development.
• Experience with API and system-to-system integrations.
• Experience supporting production applications.
• Positive AI mindset with hands-on use of tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies to improve productivity and development efficiency.
• Experience collaborating with offshore development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support data integrations across retail, cloud, legacy, and custom systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and Agile teams to deliver integration capabilities using Azure technologies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and monitor integration performance.
• Drive improvements for reliability, scalability, and SDLC best practices.
• Collaborate with local and offshore developers and participate in technical discussions.
• Leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency.
