Job summary

The role requires mastery of ML techniques, experience with generative AI, and the ability to translate complex data problems into actionable insights. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 5 years (Required).
• Quantitative discipline including math, statistics, economics, CS, physics or engineering (Required).
• 7-10 years in predictive modeling, data science, and ML engineering (Required).
• 4-7 years experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences (Required).
• 7-10 years translating business questions into data-driven answers (Required).
• 4-7 years experience with statistical methods and modeling (Required).
• 4-7 years experience with big data architecture and pipeline tools (Required).
• 7-10 years experience with SQL, Python, and R (Required).
• 4-7 years experience in data visualization (Required).
• 7-10 years experience with relational databases using SQL (Required).
• 4-7 years experience in telecom (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Extract, prepare, and model large data sets to develop analytics and ML solutions.
• Identify emerging technologies to enhance data integration and analytics.
• Lead standardization of analytics toolkits for data science teams.
• Collaborate with data engineering on data management and governance.
• Provide senior-level guidance on data science methodologies.
• Communicate insights to business leaders through various formats.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management.
