Delta Dental of Iowa is seeking a Data Analyst to transform data from multiple sources into meaningful dashboards, reports, and recommendations for decision making. You will primarily support the Professional Relations team while collaborating with Sales and other areas of the organization.

The role emphasizes data governance, quality assurance, and the creation of insightful analytics to support operational, contractual, and business objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong math and impact analysis skills.
• Autonomous and able to work across functions.
• Experience developing data reporting and monitoring requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and distribute reporting and analysis for requested deliverables, including ad hoc data requests.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify aberrant patterns and advise on reporting and compliance.
• Lead data quality assurance and checks to ensure accuracy of data and processes.
• Translate broad data sets into performance insights and present findings to management.
• Utilize SQL, Power BI, Network360, GeoAccess mapping to mine data for analytics.
