Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems or analytics.
• At least three years of professional data analysis experience.
• Experience with education data systems and BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex education and operating data into trusted measures and decisions.
• Develop governed datasets, dashboards, and recurring reports.
• Validate and document data across multiple systems.
• Lead analysis of enrollment, attendance, persistence, and equity patterns.
• Coach colleagues on data literacy and supervise junior analysts.
