Job summary

HealthTrust, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Senior Information Analyst to lead data-driven decision support across the organization. You will partner with the Data Solutions team to drive analytics, reporting, automation, and data quality improvements, translating business needs into scalable insights.

You will design and develop reports, dashboards, and automated workflows using BI platforms, enabling stakeholders to make smarter, faster, data-informed decisions for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of SQL query writing experience.
• 5+ years of BI product development, advanced analytics and data analysis experience.
• Experience in healthcare or supply chain industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings with business and key stakeholders to define needs and requirements for technology and products.
• Leverage BI tool capabilities to support short- and long-term stakeholder needs.
• Create actionable reports and dashboards to improve visibility into data quality and drive process improvements.
