Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare, or similar field.
• 5+ years of data analytics experience with large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau experience, building dashboards end to end.
• 1+ years of healthcare analytics experience and understanding of healthcare data/workflows.
• Experience with value-based care models.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong SQL skills, preferably in Snowflake or other cloud environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end development of dashboards, tools, and analyses.
• Translate business needs into data-informed insights and decision support tools.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Clinical Operations to deliver insights.
• Integrate and analyze data from EHRs, HIEs, and claims data.
• Coach and mentor junior BI Analysts.
• Deliver timely responses to ad hoc requests and surface trends.
