Job summary

Clutch Canada is seeking a Software Engineer for our AI team to enhance data collection processes that support model training operations. The role includes operating cloud infrastructure, collaborating with scientists to improve data quality and finding new sources of audio data.

Ideal candidates have a BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, and over 5 years of software development experience along with expertise in GCP, Docker, and data processing.

Competitive salary range is $140,000–$200,000 plus bonuses and equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Proficiency with bash/Python scripting in Linux environments.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline.
• Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure on GCP.
• Collaborate with Scientists to enhance data quality and throughput.
