Job summary

Clutch Canada is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join the Data side of their AI team. This role focuses on data collection for model training, enabling high-quality datasets at large scale. Ideal candidates should have 5+ years of experience and proficiency in bash/Python scripting, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $140,000 to $200,000, plus bonuses and equity, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Proficiency with bash/Python scripting in Linux environments.
• Professional experience with at least one major Cloud Provider.

Responsibilities

• Find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline.
• Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for our ingestion pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with scientists to improve data quality at scale.
