Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Data Consultant in Plano, TX for a full-time 12-month contract. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and focuses on end-to-end data governance, regulatory and risk initiatives across Global Markets and Global Banking.

The ideal candidate will lead issue remediation, build governance artifacts, and ensure policy-aligned data management. Collaboration with risk, compliance and technology teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Data Management fundamentals, including metadata, data quality, and data governance.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to collect, organize, analyze, document, and publish information.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to work in person, virtually, and in a globally staffed environment.
• Able to influence, lead, and communicate effectively across technology peers, business units, managers, and senior leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, project management, data management and governance.
• Experience with tools such as COLLIBRA, Enterprise Data Repository, BTConverge, AppHQ.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program execution across data governance, regulatory, and risk management initiatives.
• Lead AML and Sanctions attestation processes for Global Markets and Global Banking flows.
• Own issue management and remediation across testing, QC, lineage validation, and control attestations.
• Develop and maintain governance artifacts and operating procedures to enhance transparency and sustainability.
• Capture data lineage, controls metadata, and application hierarchy information across supply chains.
• Leverage data management tools to support testing execution, inquiries, and control assessments.
• Ensure deliverables align with Enterprise Data Management policies and control frameworks.
• Collaborate with business, technology, risk, and compliance partners across the GBM ecosystem.
