Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior governance lead to drive data/AI governance programs and hands-on Collibra implementations across client engagements. You will manage cross-functional governance councils, define roadmaps, and design scalable enablement to improve adoption and measurable outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance; travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of relevant experience with progressive responsibility, including workstream leadership.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance.
• Experience implementing Collibra Data Catalog platform.
• Experience with AI governance concepts and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance workstreams and small delivery teams for data/AI governance programs.
• Own client relationships and drive alignment across business, IT, privacy, security, and legal stakeholders.
• Perform hands-on Collibra Data Catalog implementation support and prioritization.
• Design governance operating models with councils and data stewardship.
• Define roadmaps linking strategy to execution and adoption outcomes.
• Establish AI governance guardrails and ongoing compliance reporting.
• Create scalable enablement including templates, playbooks, and training.
• Support proposals, scoping, staffing, and reusable assets for growth.
• Ability to travel as needed.
