Job summary

Guidehouse in the United States seeks a senior governance lead to design and implement data/AI governance programs centered on Collibra Data Catalog. You will own client relationships, set expectations, and drive alignment across business, IT, privacy, security, and legal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include hands-on Collibra work, roadmap design, and scalable governance models to improve adoption and risk management. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience with progressive responsibility.
• Experience leading client workstreams end-to-end and executive communications.
• Hands-on implementation of Collibra Data Catalog.
• Experience shaping roadmaps and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance workstreams and small delivery teams for data/AI governance programs.
• Own client relationships and drive alignment across business, IT, privacy, security, and legal stakeholders.
• Advise and operate new Collibra Data Catalog implementations.
• Perform hands-on Collibra Data Catalog implementation support.
• Design governance operating models with councils, data stewardship, and controls.
• Define roadmaps linking strategy to execution with measurable adoption.
• Establish AI governance guardrails and oversight.
