We are seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst to support and advance our data governance program. The role involves overseeing daily operations, leading process improvements, providing expert guidance, mentoring junior analysts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic data management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage complex assignments, recommending process improvements.
2. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and department policies.
3. Conduct research, analysis, and reporting of data.
4. Maintain comprehensive records and reports.
5. Engage with stakeholders to exchange critical information.
6. Mentor junior team members.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Degree or equivalent with 7+ years of experience in data governance, management, or design.

Critical Skills:

• Proficiency with Data Cataloging/Metadata Management tools, MS Office, and electronic medical records.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and frameworks.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
• Preferred certifications: CDMP, RHIA, CCS, CPC, or similar.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication.

Additional Information:

Compensation:
