Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and retain top talent of data engineers.
• Define and drive the data engineering roadmap.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align data platform priorities.
• Oversee design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ELT/ETL workflows.
• Ensure scalable, secure data architectures using cloud technologies.
• Lead AI learning initiatives and integrate AI/ML into data products.
• Champion data quality, governance, and compliance.
