Job summary

Simarn Solutions is hiring a Senior Data Engineer / Technical Lead in the United States to guide the design and delivery of scalable data solutions. You will lead technically, mentor teammates, and ensure robust data pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and Python.

This role focuses on architectural leadership, hands-on development, and collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable data products. W2 employment with standard benefits is assumed.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, SQL and Python.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, data modeling and ETL.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering data engineering projects.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams to design and deliver Snowflake data solutions.
• Build and optimize data models and ETL pipelines with Snowflake and dbt.
• Develop and tune SQL queries for ETL processing.
• Automate data processes with Python and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot pipelines.
