Sedgwick in Wisconsin is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines spanning on‑premises and cloud sources, with emphasis on Snowflake, dbt AI features, and secure data sharing.

You will mentor one data engineer, guide cross‑functional teams on governance and CI/CD practices, and help mature data engineering across the organization, enabling high‑quality data products.

Formación

• Five or more years of dedicated data engineering experience.
• Strong Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, and data sharing experience.
• Experience moving data across hybrid environments (on-prem to cloud).
• Experience with semantic layers and data prep for AI/NLP features.

Responsabilidades

• Designs, builds, and maintains scalable data pipelines.
• Core developer for Snowflake data platform; supports performance and storage structures.
• Architects transformation pipelines for Snowflake and dbt AI features.
• Maintains semantic layers and metadata models for Self-Service 2.0 interfaces.
• Promotes CI/CD best practices and reusable templates; guides teams.
