The role mentors engineers, establishes standards for data quality and observability, partners with business and tech stakeholders, and drives ongoing improvements in data pipelines, governance, and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree in related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deliver enterprise data platform solutions using Snowflake, dbt, SQL, Python and modern integration technologies.
• Establish and enforce data engineering standards, governance, and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions and roadmaps.
• Lead monitoring and continuous improvement of enterprise data platforms, improving data quality and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction for the data engineering practice.
