Job summary

International Motors USA is seeking a Senior Data Engineer & Data Scientist for Commercial Intelligence in Lisle, IL. The role blends data engineering, data science, and commercial strategy to build scalable data products across customer, dealer, vehicle, and sales data.

You will own end-to-end data pipelines, identity resolution, and ML-driven insights embedded into sales workflows, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive commercial value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building production-grade data pipelines and analytics products.
• Strong SQL and Python with solid software-engineering practices.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry, AIP and Databricks in enterprise settings.
• Ability to engineer data quality, lineage and governance at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data products for RSM.
• Model and integrate diverse enterprise data sources across systems.
• Develop ML models for lead scoring and opportunity identification.
• Embed analytical intelligence into dealer and sales workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, UX, Data and Eng teams to deliver solutions.
• Establish data quality, governance, and production deployment standards.
